Folklore House

- Overview: Established in Jan 29, 1999 with an aim to develop local society and promote culture in accordance with Article 4 of the Local Culture Center Act, Gangdong Culture Center is a nonprofit corporation based solely on private funding. It hosts and conducts a variety of cultural events, exhibitions, and cultural lectures for residents.

- Overview: Gangdong-gu Community Center is composed of a grand hall with 600 seats that can hold plays, concerts, and other cultural events, a life and culture college boasting of clean air and a serene atmosphere, available to all residents, and a cultural shelter through which local residents can satisfy their cultural cravings.

- Overview: Renovated from the existing Amsa Youth Study Center in 2014, Gangdong Youth Nuri Place is a small-scale leisure space for teenagers. It runs a number of educational and cultural projects and also operates ‘Hapum School' for those who do not attend school. It also provides various cultural programs for its residents.
Municipal Gangdong Youth Training Center
