- The school garden program is designed to nurture great character and community spirit among children and provide them with ample opportunities to become familiarized with healthy food.
By doing so, it seeks to foster the healthy development of children and enhances their awareness as to the value of life and eco-friendly agriculture through agriculture field study.
- About school garden operation
- Period: April to December
- Subjects: Five middle schools, 24 elementary schools (including 4 schools under the Seoul Agricultural Technology Center)
- Form of participation: Class-associated field study (15 schools), Creative field study (4 schools), Club activities (10 schools)
